Free crocheted matryoska doll pattern!

Well I really wanted to get a crafty post up this week and I am cutting it close!  I have been working on this for awhile and am pretty happy with it...

Awww isn't she cute!  (If I do say so myself!)

For this you will need...
Size F hook
some worsted weight yarn..3 colors
* mm-stitch marker (I use a bobby pin)

Ch 2
8 sc in 2nd ch from hook mm*
2 sc in each ch around
*2 sc in next ch and 1 sc in next ch* repeat *-* around
*2 sc in next ch, 1 sc in next 2 ch* around
sc in back loop of all stitches around
sc in each ch around 9 times
cut a circle of cardboard the size of the bottom of the doll and place in the bottom.  then being to stuff.
*sc tog in next ch, sc next ch* around
*sc tog in next ch, sc in next 2 ch, sc tog next ch*around
here you can make a little bow and attach it as i have, also you can make the tiny flower and place it on the doll's stomach.
sc in each ch around
now make a little face (I embroidered mine on some felt, here is a good embroidery stitch glossary from wee folk art) and attach it.
finish stuffing the doll to the top
sc tog around, finally close the top of by weaving the tail end through the top loops.

Well I hope this turns out well for you!  As you can see I was in such a hurry I didn't even bother using caps in my pattern!!!  If you have any questions, as always feel free to email me.  I hope you enjoy this pattern :)
